Teams consist of mixed sex pairs where there MUST be an age difference of 10 or more years between partners. So, if one partner is 30, the other partner must be 20 or younger OR 40 or older, depending on what division you are in. There are two divisions: Compete with a Cougar has a Male that is at least 10 years younger than his Female partner. WOD with a Sugar Daddy has a Female that is at least 10 years younger than her Male partner.
